    To this day, we still have not heard a single word from Swain.

    We had a representative of Swain out at the beginning of May to quote our move. We agreed with the terms and booked them. Half way through the month, we tried to contact Swain to confirm dates/times. Although we called and emailed several times, Swain did not contact us back (at all). On the 20th, I had to start looking for a new mover. Our move was a very large move and out of town. Needless to say, finding a new movers was more than difficult.
